Before you start the session make sure to answer the ‘Before we begin’ questions and the PHQ9 and GAD7 questions at the top of the page. Try to think back to your answers from week 1 and reflect on whether these answers are different now and think about why. If there is no change yet, don’t worry, we are only half way through the programme!
