Drill Reflection Exercise 

Last week, we looked at Root Beliefs and you were asked to have a think about over the past week 3 positive root beliefs about yourself as well as your unhelpful beliefs. Make a note of them in your journal; and maybe put them on a post it note or on your phone so that you have them to hand wherever you go. Your positive root beliefs are almost like affirmations that can help you through more difficult days.
