Recognise patterns: Continuing to identify and recognise patterns in thoughts and investigate whether you have any additional Root Beliefs is an important part of this session’s drills.

 

Root Beliefs: Do not always have to be negative. Over the next week have a think about what your 3 positive Root Beliefs would be.
