Before we begin, how have things been? Make a few notes to reflect on the week.
Last week we took a fairly general look at mental health and emotional wellbeing. We underpinned this with some information around the specific needs within music, musicians and the music industry.
We introduced some key concepts before we also looked at picking out what you want to work on and what you want to achieve.
Really, it was a case of us introducing Harmonizer and helping you to get a grip on what to expect.
This week we’re going to look at how our thoughts, feelings and behaviour all work together (seems simple but the link isn’t always obvious!), also looking at the Vicious Cycle and how this has an impact on our overall mental health and wellbeing.
